Spencer's Addition / Alphabet Streets gets organized!
Welcome to the new Spencer's Addition / Alphabet Streets Neighborhood web site. We are a group of neighbors in the downtown Napa neighborhood from California to Jefferson St., Lincoln to Cedar St. and all the streets in between. We are currently in the process of setting up our Association and we would love your input, feedback and participation. Please contact us with any ideas or to join in!
